Sawtooth Pellet Grills Policies

Billing:
Before requesting payment from you, Sawtooth will confirm your order for accuracy by email and determine the exact cost for shipping your product. Once you confirm all costs and shipping details with Sawtooth we will require full payment before the product(s) is shipped. For your protection and convenience, Sawtooth only accepts payment thru PayPal. Sawtooth will send a payment request to your email address via PayPal.

Shipping Policy:
Sawtooth only ships orders within the continental U.S. Customer should inspect delivered product for visible damages to shipping container before driver leaves your location. If customer observes any damages to container the driver should be made aware and a claim should be filed with driver. Sawtooth is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment.

Refund Policy:
Due to the high shipping cost to return a grill and the lost value to resale a grill once it has been started, Sawtooth Pellet Grills has the following refund policy: If the grill was not removed from its original shipping container, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will directly pay shipper to send grill back to Sawtooth, In addition, a $75.00 restocking fee will be charged to customer. Once the grill has been removed from its original shipping container and has been started Sawtooth will not accept return of the grill. Sawtooth is more than willing to work with customers within our warranty guidelines to make sure the grill will perform as designed.

Grill Finish:
Because grills are typically left outside exposed to temperature and weather changes, we highly recommend that you purchase a grill cover. It is very common to have powder coat flaking even with it being covered. The flaking of the powder coat is purely cosmetic and will have no effect on the operations of the grill. However, to keep your grill looking good, we recommend you sand and then paint any flaking powder coated areas with high heat paint. We recommend Black, RUST-OLEUM, high heat, Ultra, #241169 Black.
